Position Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven On-Site Sales Manager to join our team in Sargodha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, leading sales initiatives, and helping expand our software and IT services business.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and local market engagement.
Identify potential clients requiring software development, mobile applications, websites, eCommerce solutions, and digital services.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
Attend business events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote company services.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in IT services, software sales, or B2B sales.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Strong understanding of digital products and technology solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid driving license is a plus.
