We are now expanding our presence in the UAE market and looking for a driven sales professional to lead client acquisition in Dubai.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Freelance Sales Manager based in Dubai who can generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships for our IT services. This is a performance-based role with high commission potential.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in Dubai and UAE market
Pitch software development, mobile apps, and IT solutions to potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and startups
Conduct meetings (online and in-person) with decision-makers
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams
Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Represent Spark Solutionz in networking events, business meetups, and exhibitions
Maintain CRM and report progress regularly
Requirements
Proven experience in IT/software sales or B2B sales (mandatory)
Strong network in Dubai/UAE business market is a big plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Understanding of web/mobile app development services
Ability to work independently and deliver results
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Experience working with international clients is preferred
Compensation
High Commission per closed deal (no fixed salary)
